Orange Creamcicle
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Scoop Skinny Vanilly
This is a great tasting Right Size recepie: Using a blender, crush ice. Then mix orange juice and Skinny Vanilly and blend
for 40 seconds to whip into a smoothie. Makes a smoothie that tastes just like
those ice cream truck orange creamcicle bars.
ChocoBanana Split
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Scoop Lean Cocoa Bean
Using a blender, crush ice. Then mix banana, milk and Lean Cocoa Bean and blend
for 40 seconds to whip into a smoothie.
Strawberry Kiwi Slender
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Slender
Using a blender, crush ice. Then mix kiwi, milk and Strawberry Slender and blend
for 40 seconds to whip into a smoothie.
Very Berry Smoothie
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries, Strawberries, or Rasberries
- 1 Scoop Strawberry Slender
Using a blender, crush ice. Then mix berries, milk and Strawberry Slender and
blend for 40 seconds to whip into a smoothie.
Peanutbutter Cup Smoothies
- 3-6 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Skim Milk
- 2 Table Spoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Lean Cocoa Bean
Using a blender, crush ice. Then mix peanut butter, milk and Lean Cocoa Bean and
blend for 40 seconds to whip into a smoothie. NOTE: Peanut butter adds 190
calories and 16g of fat.
